We raised the bar of quality of this event by motivating the participants to give their best through reinforcing the sense of belonging and the feeling of cohesion among the attendees. These were the key concepts that guided our work for the Avon Representatives National Convention for Area Managers. From the initial phases of the coordinated identity design, through multimedia production, staging the location and live direction, everything was aimed at creating a engaging environment that conferred a unified sense of purpose to all concerned.
